Bon Appetit is a work made of ceramic printing on glazed china porcelain, refers to the traditional dishes from Limoges, Delft or Cartuja de Sevilla. In this case, the traditional decoration of flowers and pastoral landscapes is replaced by an myriad of famous people drawn from the banknotes of various countries. These portraits, which occupy the central part of the plate, take an international historical journey and reflects on the representation of authority.
