La Rabbia di Proserpina is a photographic polyptych composed by 12 images with female faces taken from Renaissance and Baroque paintings, which represents episodes from the Bible and Greco-Roman mythology, where women are depict during violent acts, suffering or executing them. The piece responds to two visions of gender: on the one hand, the denunciation of the violence normalization against women within the history of art and, on the other hand, the rage as a motor of change in feminist imaginary. Faces of terror, fear and fury intermingles in this polyptych to turn it into a piece of lament and rage.
