In these images Jordi Colomer captures the action of the vedette Anita Tocopilla from the roof of buildings in different cities around the world. The character performs an act of recognition by comparing the vision of the city seen from above with the representation of the same city on the map that he holds in his hands. Like a set of Russian dolls, the city that surrounds the figure is at the same time the same one that opens in his hands. The city thus appears as a generic category in which all large contemporary cities are equal.
